Content Creation Process
- Topic Selection & Campaign Alignment
- Blogs are created based on campaign keywords and priorities identified in your onboarding questionnaire.
- If a client requests a topic change mid-campaign, the new topic will not be folded into the current campaign and may require a separate agreement.
- Blog Structure & Guidelines
- Word Count: Minimum 500 words, maximum 2000 words (length depends on questionnaire responses and topic depth).
- Links: No more than 5 links (internal/external) per blog at the time of publishing.
- Call-to-Action (CTA): Only one primary CTA per blog to maintain focus.
- Research & Content Development
- We primarily use information from your website and strategy calls.
- If additional research is needed, we reserve the right to use our industry expertise and market knowledge to ensure high-quality content.
- Client Feedback & Approval
- Clients must provide feedback within 5 business days of receiving the draft.
- If no feedback is received within this timeframe, the blog will be published as-is to maintain campaign momentum.
- Posting Schedule & Automation
- Our system is optimized for scaling content production. Delays in feedback or revisions may slow down publishing.
- Once approved (or after the 5-day window), blogs will be posted to your website per the campaign schedule.

Important Note:
If your blog post has already been published and you’d like to add more links, one of The SEO Queen’s Coaches will be happy to make that edit with you during a strategy call or Business Rockstar Session. Other than that, the process is the process—designed to keep your campaigns running smoothly and effectively.
